Terms & Conditions

Our full standard terms and conditions are available on request and are part of our standard order form. The products illustrated in the catalogue do not necessarily imply that the products have been supplied to or endorsed by the owners of the trademarks featured.

Artwork:
Prices are based on suitable art work being supplied.
No responsibility is accepted, when acting on a customer's instructions, for the infringement of any copyright or registered design.

Quantities:
We reserve the right to supply plus or minus 5% of the order quantity and invoice accordingly, although we will endeavour to supply the correct quantities.

Samples:
Stock samples may be requested, return of these after use will incur no cost however samples that customer's choose to retain may be invoiced at cost.

Prices:
All prices are ex-works, packing and carriage is charged extra, at cost. VAT is extra at the rate prevailing at the time of invoicing.

Orders:
All orders must be made in writing. Faxed or e-mailed orders shall be deemed as written orders for the purpose of this clause. All cancelled orders are subject to a cancellation charge. Goods are only returnable with our prior expressed agreement.

Claims:
Claims for shortage, damage or non-receipt of goods must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt of goods or invoice. Non-delivery by any carrier must be notified to the Seller in writing within 4 days.

Guarantee and Limitation of Liability:
The Seller guarantees that the goods will be free from defects caused by faulty materials or poor workmanship upon delivery. Under this guarantee the Seller will at it's option either repair, replace or give credit to the Buyer for any goods found to be so defective provided that:

a. The Seller is notified in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods of any defect.
b. The defective goods are returned to the Seller carriage prepaid by the Buyer.
c. Examination of goods by the Seller reveals to it's satisfaction that such defect exists and has not been caused by misuse, neglect, accident, improper storage or handling or by repair or alteration not effected by the Seller. Any liability of the Sellers to the Buyer shall be limited in total to the price of goods.

Payment:
First orders are by proforma invoice. Credit conditions are available on request.
